Join us on ZOOM for an online professional learning session discussing sustainability and very young children.   We have an amazing line up of presenters who are leaders in early childhood education for sustainability.

To start the evening we have Julie Davis and Sue Elliott.

Julie Davis, life member of QECSN, is an adjunct  professor at the Qld University of Technology (QUT). She is a stalwart of early childhood education for sustainability (ECEfS) with over 35 years teaching, researching and advocating for this field in Australia and internationally. She co-founded the Queensland Early Childhood Environmental Education network in 1996, the forerunner of QECSN.

Dr Sue Elliott is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Education at the University of New England (UNE), New South Wales and a visiting scholar at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Sue is a long-standing early childhood education for sustainability advocate, researcher and author, she currently co-convenes the TransNational Dialogues in Early Childhood Education for Sustainability research group (TND) and the EECERA Sustainability SIG.

They will be talking to us about a recent publication, "Sustainability in Early Childhood" that they co-wrote.

Later in the evening we will hear from Rose Todd and Jayne Kinley, talking about sustainability with infants and toddlers.
